Moss On A Log

I shot this photo last Saturday in the middle of a snow squall at Fenner Nature Center.  You can see the snow on the log and the moss.  The bright green of this moss caught my eye in the midst of all the white snow and browns of the dying foliage on the forest floor.  I do not think I have ever seen such vivid green growing outside in the Michigan winter.
