The fen at Fenner has a bit more water than usual in it after the the torrential rains we had last week. The woodland pond to the north of the fen area seems to have returned nearly to its normal level and looks much better than it has in the past few years. I hope that the rain keeps coming, albeit spread out over the spring and summer and not all in a couple weeks.
