I photographed this Cabbage White Butterfly taking a break on the leaf of a garlic mustard plant. Both the butterfly and plant are invasive species, arriving in the United States in the 1860s. Sadly, I have heard that the garlic mustard plant does not taste like the wonderful combination that its name implies.
Wildman Steve Brill disagrees on the taste!

I've been told that goats love them!
