I rarely eat breakfast, but one day last week I knew I would spend a good portion of my day outside in near-to-below-zero temperatures operating a snow shovel. I decided to eat a few eggs to give me eggxstra energy for my work. I liked the lighting in the kitchen that morning and decided to photograph the eggs as I cooked them.
